At 59th second to 1:15 of the video shows Herbert “Ebok” Pinpino at work.
Ebok, who is from Angono, Rizal, won the grand prize in the black and gray category of Neo-Angono’s tattoo competition.
The festival is also presented by Pinoy Body Art and National Commission for Culture and the Arts presented alongside the 2012 Philippine Visual Arts Festival: The Rizal Experience.
